La dieta antiage - Antiage diet

Vitamina C per essere toniche, pesce per capelli  luminosi e poi olio d'oliva contro l'invecchiamento: ecco tutti i segreti per essere belle mangiando meglio.

Col passare del tempo, tutti i tessuti e gli organi del nostro corpo, in primo luogo la pelle, patiscono un'azione ossidante, una reazione chimica che porta alla produzione dei radicali liberi , molecole tossiche e aggressive, responsabili dell'invecchiamento.
La combinazione di alcuni cibi, la scelta della modalità di cottura, la quantità degli alimenti posso però rappresentare una vera e propria strategia anti-aging.
Le rughe sono causate dalla perdita di collagene ed elastina, due proteine fondamentali presenti nella pelle.
E' quindi indispensabile introdurre cibi ricchi di flavonoidi e vitamina C:  frutti di bosco, ribes, lamponi, ciliegie, fragole.

Anche il cioccolato è un nostro alleato poichè offre una percentuale di antiossidanti naturali notevole, l'importante è che sia fondente, senza zuccheri aggiunti nocivi alla pelle.
Altro ottimo alleato nella nostra dieta antiage, il pesce, ricco di Omega 3, i preziosi acidi grassi che prevengono molte malattie e che apportano tono e sostegno alla pelle.
Molto importanti anche le mele, per il loro potere antiossidante e per la capacità di far respirare la pelle.
Infine, non possiamo dimenticare i benefici dell'olio extravergine di oliva : lubrifica le membrane cellulari e contrasta l'invecchiamento migliorando l'aspetto di pelle e capelli.

Quali sono invece i cibi nemici della giovinezza?
Il nemico è nella cottura: limitiamo la frittura, cosi' come tutte le salse ricche di sale, che rendono la pelle più rigida.

Licopene
Pomodoro rosso, melone, pompelmo, cachi, cavolo cappuccio rosso, carote, asparagi, basilico essiccato.

Resveratrolo
Vino rosso, uva rossa, arachidi.

Tocoferolo
Olio di germe di grano, olio di nocciola, olio di girasole, olio di mandorle, paprika, peperoncino in polvere, mandorle, burro di mandorle, curry, origano, zenzero, nocciole, pinoli, salvia, avocado, carote.

Quercetina
cipolla rossa, mele, agrumi.

Acido ascorbico
Peperoni, pomodori, kiwi, ciliegia, agrumi, acerola, rosa canina.

Luteina
Spinaci, broccoli, cavoli, zucca, piselli, bieta, radicchio rosso, basilico, lattuga, porri.
