C'era una volta..

La nostra azienda è formata da persone, con le loro storie, da passioni, da un impegno costante e quotidiano che si nascondono dietro le immagini dei prodotti e dei trattamenti che offriamo. Oggi vogliamo raccontarvi la nostra storia, ci piacerebbe portarvi a scoprirci e conoscerci un pò meglio, come azienda  ma soprattutto come persone .

La squadra è composta da :

 Luigi , il Boss, esperto professionista del settore che grazie a 20 anni di esperienza e di lavoro anche al fianco di  ingegneri e atleti  ha avuto l'occasione di apprendere moltissimo sia della struttura muscolare sia di nuove ed avanzate tecnologie applicate, cosi' da sviluppare un'incredibile capacità e l'abilità di creare lui stesso le varie attività legate al funzionamento del Beauty Pass!!  E' votato al lavoro che vive con passione e a cui si dedica  come ad una famiglia : un uomo che non si accontenta dello standard, ma cerca sempre nuove idee, nuovi stimoli, sperimenta, la sua curiosità e genialità  non si esauriscono nella creazione di un Sistema Integrato, ma si nutrono di sete di conoscenza, e di passione per tutto ciò che fa. Luigi è sempre proiettato a superare se stesso, i propri limiti , alla ricerca di un prodotto di più alta qualità, di maggiore professionalità, per soddisfare sempre di più le necessità e le esigenze delle proprie clienti, per offrire un servizio personalizzato, attento, curato e dedicato. Dalle numerose esperienze e competenze acquisite nel passato, dalla consapevolezza e dalla conoscenza nascono nuove intuizioni che generano nuove tecnologie e nuovi prodotti.
 

Erika : passione , amore, energia , sono le qualità che la contraddistinguono, è estetista da  anni,  è solare , disponibile e coinvolgente, possiede una naturale e spontanea padronanza tipica di chi ama profondamente il proprio lavoro; conosce tutti i prodotti per esperienza diretta,  li ha provati, riprovati, sperimentato diverse e impensabili combinazioni per scoprirne nuovi utilizzi e funzionalità. La coscienza del presente qui e ora, che solo una mamma di una neonata e di un preadolescente può ben comprendere, è lo stimolo a  migliorare sempre di più l'utilizzo dei prodotti e le tecnologie che offriamo, costantemente, continuamente. Erika offre spesso consulenze alle nostre estetiste, come preziosi consigli, da collega esperta di tutta la vasta gamma delle proposte  Exa Estetica.

Penelope, ultima arrivata la piccolina di Luigi ed Erika ha appena 7 mesi ma già si fa sentire, forte e tenace .
La sua presenza in azienda rende piacevole l'ambiente ed il lavoro assume nuove prospettive e significati : rappresenta il futuro.

Diego , figlio di Luigi, porta in giro per le Marche la filosofia ed i prodotti Exa. Con lo stesso grande entusiasmo,  passione e  vivacità con cui scende in campo quando gioca a rugby, riesce a conquistare nuove clienti ; porta a casa idee innovative ed originali , contribuendo attivamente sia in azienda che fuori.

Francesco, rappresentante per la Calabria, è con noi da 4 anni, è un ottimo e competente consulente e un valido e prezioso supporto per le estetiste, molto preparato, conosce alla perfezione tutte le nuove tecniche del mondo dell'estetica che mette generosamente al servizio dell'azienda e delle clienti.






Simone, rappresentante per il Triveneto, lavora con la Exa da vari anni, affidabile e professionale, è una persona brillante e corretta, e un buon amico.
Mariella, segue parte dell'Emilia Romagna, al fianco della Exa dal 2007, competenza, impegno e professionalità la contraddistinguono.

Marco si divide la regione Marche con Diego, da un anno si sta cimentando in questo settore seguendo qualche cliente, è ai primi approcci ma sicuramente ha molta voglia di crescere ed imparare.

Valentina, unitasi al team da pochi mesi, si occupa del marketing, dietro le pagine Fb e Twitter di Exa c'è lei, cosi' come il Blog è un suo prodotto studiato ad hoc per Exa. Riservata e creativa, cerca sempre nuove idee e strategie e studia grossi e difficili manuali di neuromarketing e community manager per dare il proprio supporto all'azienda proiettatandola verso i nuovi mezzi di comunicazione "social".

Tutti contribuiamo al lavoro dell'azienda, in modo trasversale, proviamo i prodotti, ci confrontiamo, facciamo brain storming, studiamo le soluzioni migliori e le possibili alternative in un clima sereno di scambio , rispetto e fiducia.
La EXA è questa, nata con passione, sta crescendo e vuole avvalersi sempre di più del prezioso contributo delle sue clienti estetiste per migliorare i propri servizi ed i propri prodotti.

Our company is made with people, with their history, with passions, with a constant and daily commitment hiding behind the treatments and  product's image we offer. Today we want to tell you our story, we would like you to discover us and get to know us better, as a company, but moreover as people.

The team is composed by:
Luigi, the boss, expert professional in the sector that thanks to 20 years of experience and work side by side with engineers and athletes he had the chance to learn so much both about the muscular structure and about new and advanced applied technologies, so that he could develope an incredible ability to create himself the technologies and activities of the Beauty Pass! He's dedicated to work that lives with passion and  as a family: a man that is not satisfied with the standards, but is always looking for new ideas and new motivations, he experiences, his curiosity and geniality don't run out with the creation of an Integrated System, but nourish themselves of knowledge thirst and passion for everything he does. Luigi is always projected to overcome himself and his limits, looking for a product with higher quality, higher professionality, in order to satisfy more and more his customer's  necessities and needs, to offer a personalized, cured, careful, dedicated service. From the numerous experiences and competences acquired in the past, from  awarness and knowledge,born new intuitions that generate new technologies and new products.
Erika: passion, love and energy are her qualities , she is beautician from years, solar and engaging, she owns a natural and spontaneous mastery tipical of those who deeply love their job; she knows all the products from direct experience, she tested and tried them again, experiencing unthinkable and different combinations in order to discover new uses and functionalities. The consciousness of the present, here and now , that only a mother of a newborn and a preadolscent can well realize, is a motivation to improve always more the technologies and products' use we offer, constantly, continuously. Erika often offers advices to our beauticians, as precious tips from expert collegue of all the wide range of  Exa Estetica's proposals.
Penelope, last arrived, the babygirl of Luigi and Erika, she's just 7 months old but she's already quite a presence, strong and tenacious! Her presence in the company make the room pleasant and the job assumes new prospectives and  meanings: she represents the future.
Diego, Luigi's son, brings around Marche Exa's philosphy and products. With the same great enthusiasm, passion and vivacity he takes the field with when he plays rugby, he can conquer new customers; he brings home innovatives and original ideas , actively contributing both inside and outside the company.
Francesco, agent for Calabria, is with us for 4 years, he's an excellent and qualified consultant and a valid and precious support for beauticians, very competent, he knows to perfection all the new technologies of the aesthetic world that generously put at the service of the company and the customers.
Simone, agent for the Triveneto, works with Exa since many years, reliable and professional, is a brilliant and honest person , a good friend.
Mariella work with Emilia Romagna, alongside Exa from 2007, competence, commitment and professionality characterized her.
Marco share Marche region with Diego, he's approaching this new business for one year, he follows some customers and he has much wish to grow professionally inside Exa.
Valentina joined the team from few months, she takes care of the marketing, she's behind Exa's Facebook and Twitter pages, the blog is one of her product specifically created for Exa. Discreet and creative , she's always looking for new ideas and strategies, and studies big neuromarketing and community manager guides in order to give her support to the company projecting it towards the new social communication marketing media.

We all contribute to the company work, in transversal way, we test products, we confront with each other, we do brain storming, studying the best solutions and the possible alternatives in a calm ambience of exchange, respect and trust. This is Exa, born with passion , is growing and wish to use always more the precious help of its beauticians customers in order to improve its services and products.
