Incontro con le estetiste: oggi mi racconto - Meet the beautician : today I tell myself

Ciao e buon lunedi! Iniziamo anche questa settimana con la consueta rubrica dedicata alle estetiste. Oggi incontreremo RITA ESTETICA !

Breve presentazione del tuo centro e delle collaboratrici:raccontaci chi sei e quali attività dell’estetica  ti appassionano di più.

Il mio centro e' stato aperto 40 anni fa, ho visto passare parecchie clienti dalle nonne alle mamme e figlie.

Ho due collaboratrici di cui una e' mia figlia che proseguira' la mia strada.Voi mi chiedete il lavoro che mi ha appassionato di piu' ,vi rispondo che il massaggio al corpo e' quello piu' richiesto, la gente si vuole rilassare e non pensare a tutto questo stress che abbiamo.

 Nello specifico quali trattamenti del sistema integrato Exa che conosci preferisci  o hai eseguito più di frequente e  trovi maggiormente efficaci?

I trattamenti di Exa che usiamo in istituto sono: l'edp con guanto per il corpo e viso; entrambi i trattamenti sono valiti e hanno ottimi riscontri.

  Pensi  sia vero che nonostante si parli di crisi, i trattamenti in centro estetico siano invece un prezioso momento dedicato a noi stessi a cui non si rinuncia?

In questi momenti di crisi i servizi che si offrono in istituto sono utili ma le clienti, anche le piu' predisposte non osano spendere per mancanza di denaro. Nel mio piccolo ho tante clienti che purtroppo hanno perso il lavoro e altre lo stanno perdendo.

Alla luce di questa affermazione, pensi di migliorare la qualità del tuo lavoro o delle tue proposte? se si, come?
Alla luce di questi avvenimenti cerco di migliorare, come sempre,la qualita'e di offrire pacchetti a un buon prezzo senza svendere il nostro lavoro e il nostro prodotto .

Come vedi il mondo dell’estetica tra 10 anni?
Il mondo dell'estetica fra 10 anni ....non saprei visto che ormai io sono prossima alla pensione ma per le giovani estetiste sara' dura. Sia per il lavoro in nero, gli sconti esagerati, i groupoon: la gente e' bombardata da tutti questi sconti e ha perso di vista la professionalita'.

Cosa pensi  del nuovo blog di Exa Estetica? 
Il nuovo blog Exa puo' servire per essere informate alla svelta e rimanere in contatto con tutte le estetiste e poter comunicare assieme.

Hi Everyone ! Let' s start the week with the usual rubric dedicated to the beauticians. Today we meet  RITA ESTETICA!

Short introduction of your center and your collaborators : tell us who are you and which aesthetics activity you most passionate about.
My beauty center has been opened since 40 years , and I've seen walking through many customers, from granmothers,to mothers and their daughters. I have 2 collaborators, one of them is my daughter who will carry on my activity . If you ask me what most passionate me is the body massage, the most requested. People wants to relax and not to think to the stress we all have.


Specifically which Exa Integrate System treatment do you prefer to use, or do you use more often and find particularly efficacious?
Exa treatments we use in Institute are : the EDP with the glove for facial and body treatments; they're both valid and have great reply.


Do you think it's true that despite the crisis, treatments in beauty centers are , on the contrary, a precious moment dedicated to ourselves that we can't give up?
In these moments of crisis the services we offer in Institute are useful, but customers, even the most prepared, don't dare to spend for lack of money. In my little experience I've seen customers who have lost their job unfortunately and others are about to loose it.

In the light of this assertion, do you think you're going to improve the quality of your job or of your offers?
In the light of this events I'm trying to improve, as usual, the quality and to offer good price packages without selling off our job and our products.

How do you see the world of aesthetics in 10 years time?
The world of aesthetics in 10 years time..I wouldn't know, seen I'm almost about to retire , but for young beauticians it will be hard. For exceeding discounts, groupon, black work, people are bombed by all these discounts and  have lost sight of the professionality.

What do you think about the new Exa blog?
The new Exa blog can be usefull to be quickly informed and keep in contact with other beauticians that can communicate together.
