Ciao a tutte!

----------------------------------------------------------

Back in the section dedicated to the beauticians, today we meet Erika Belinda Pernia Hernandez.

Short introduction of your center and your collaborators : tell us who are you and which aesthetics activity you most passionate about.
Hello everyone! I'm Erika and I deal with the aesthetic world since 2002. I have a big passion for everyting involved with beauty, the care for itself, and wellness: from a simple manicure made with delicacy and accuracy, to the most sophisticated make up for " that special night". However today my job concerns especially the face area: from specific cosmetic treatments to remedial dermopigmentation.

Specifically which Exa Integrate System treatment do you prefer to use, or do you use more often and find particularly efficacious?
I work with Exa since 2005 and during the years I've lived the company evolution, working with the first functional serum and the transdermal electrolipolysis for body treatments, to go through the spectacular trasndermal Dermoporation !Those gloves are awesome! To get through years of massages and bendages to a "massage" with Dermoporation : you really can feel the tissues and with your eyes closed you can "see" what you're melting with your hands, you really sense the tissue changing under your hands. I find every treatment very efficacious, for any imperfection I immediately get great results, both for face and body.
Lately I'm using a lot the new handpiece Biolifting for face, that harden and flesh face skin and it's giving me many satisfactions, especially in the neck area.

Do you think it's true that despite the crisis, treatments in beauty centers are , on the contrary, a precious moment dedicated to ourselves that we can't give up?
Despite the crisis my job is not decreased, actually it's a bit changed. Compared to old times, people are more inclined to take care of themselves , they're very careful with their look and more inclined to spend for specific functional treatments accordingly, may be slowing down with the traditional aesthetic, like manicure or pedicure..They prefer a good oxygenating facial treatment more than a simple facial cleansing. This is all about winter time, but as soon as the air warms up a bit, the cellulite hunting season is open again!

In the light of this assertion, do you think you're going to improve the quality of your job or of your offers?
In this job, like for all the things in life, you need passion ; only in this way you can communicate professionalism and efficacy.Concerning me, there's always something more to learn or to experience. This is what I try to communicate to my customers.

How do you see the world of aesthetics in 10 years time?
I think that in the years to come who will have managed to grow solid roots working with love and professionalism won't have any problem to keep up with the times. And this is valid for us beautician and for companies as well. If we only think of earning more, money and customer will turn away, but if we think on how improve our offers and making them more rewarding, money will arrive accordingly.

What do you think about the new Exa blog?
I think that in the blog there are many hints that we can use to "refresh" our treatments, to propose them with a different idea.

What questions would you like to answer to or would like someone else to answer?
Talking about a specific treatment, wich one gives us more satisfactions and if there's something in particoular that we might have experienced with the Exa Integrated System resources but out of the standard treatments routine.
